&lt;strong&gt;The debate is definitely hot when it comes to deciding where to get your omega 3 fatty acids. Some researchers think that the algae oil does not supply them in forms that the human body can use. I'm certainly eager to hear more from you though if you feel differently. We always try to keep up with the most recent research here. Currently, my reading indicates that salmon oil is the best, but if you have a different source I'd be eager to learn more about it!
